TS Talent Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to Carl Brown on his new role as Director of Public Works with the City of Manteca.

Carl previously served as the City of Turlock’s Municipal Services Department Manager and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.

As Manteca’s next Director of Public Works, Carl will serve as a key member of the executive management team overseeing the city’s largest department, which includes water, wastewater, utilities, street maintenance, capital project design, and construction.
