Digital Recruitment Brochure
The City of Manteca enlisted Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS) to aid in its recruitment for a new Director of Human Resources. In its recruitment efforts, TSTS created a digital brochure to aid in the outreach process. The brochure speaks to the culture of the City of Manteca, explains the nature of the role, and dives into the characteristics of the ideal candidate.
