In search of a new Director of Parks & Recreation, the City of American Canyon tapped Tripepi Smith for recruitment support. In its efforts to attract a wide range of applicants, TS Talent Solutions created a recruitment brochure to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the role and illustrate the characteristics of a successful candidate.
