Janine Andrade, Director of Community Services

TS Talent Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to Janine Andrade on her new role as Director of Community Services with the City of Bell.

Janine Andrade comes to Bell from the City of Norwalk, where she most recently served as Senior Center Manager. She also brings an additional 15 years of experience through her time at the City of Montebello, where she worked as the Community Services Supervisor.

She holds an MBA and BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
