With over 13 years of local government financial management experience, Alvaro Castellon brings expertise in budgeting, reporting, debt management and strategic planning. He most recently oversaw Garden Grove’s biennial budget and has also held key roles in Santa Ana and Santa Fe Springs. Known for his collaborative leadership and focus on long-term financial sustainability, Alvaro is well-equipped to support the City of Commerce’s priorities.
