TS Talent Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to Andrew Vialpando on his new role as City Manager with the City of Lomita.
Andrew has extensive experience in the local government sector, working in a variety of areas such as public safety, human resources, community development, risk management and economic development. He most recently served as the Assistant City Manager in the City of Paramount and prior to that role he was the Administrative Deputy to the City Manager/Assistant City Manager at the City of Long Beach.
