Abadi brings 20 years of experience in civic technology, leadership and IT strategy, with a proven track record of driving innovation in the public sector. Before joining the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Abadi served as the Digital Services Manager for the City of Long Beach, where he managed an $8.5 million budget and spearheaded a citywide digital transformation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from National University.
