Bret Harmon, Director of Finance

TS Talent Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to Bret Harmon on his new role as Director of Finance with the City of Manteca.

Bret previously served as the Administrative Services Director for the City of Sanger and City Manager and Finance Director for the City of Lindsay. Bret earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Organizational Development and an MPA in Local Government Management, Business Management, and Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University.

As Manteca’s next Director of Finance, Bret will play a crucial role as a member of the Executive Management Team, providing financial advice to the City Manager and the council, maintaining fiscal stability, administering payroll, and safeguarding the city’s assets.
