To support the recruitment of its next City Manager, the City of La Cañada Flintridge partnered with TS Talent Solutions to develop a customized recruitment brochure that reflected the community’s values, leadership needs and vision for the future. Informed by input from City Council, staff and a community survey, the brochure served as a central tool in a broader outreach strategy.
