Recruitment Brochure

In search of a Community Services Director, the City of Bell tapped TS Talent Solutions for recruitment support. TSTS worked with City staff to outline a candidate profile and create a recruitment brochure to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the role and illustrate the characteristics of a successful candidate. In addition to publishing the brochure across a number of digital job boards, TSTS also printed and mailed out physical copies to potential candidates across Southern California.
