After recently creating a new role within the City, San Luis Obispo was looking for its very first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager. In a desire to attract a plethora of experienced and qualified candidates, San Luis Obispo enlisted TS Talent Solutions to promote the opportunity and organize the recruitment process. TS Talent Solutions’ graphic design team created a captivating recruitment brochure that illustrated the role of the position and relays the characteristics of the ideal candidate.
