The City of Cudahy has welcomed John Xie to lead its Finance Department. 
John Xie brings experience from his 11-year tenure at Foothill Transit in West Covina. Starting as a Revenue Specialist, he rose through the ranks to Revenue Manager and eventually became the agency’s Controller. His time there was defined by a focus on revenue administration and streamlining financial reporting. Xie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from National University. His arrival strengthens the city’s commitment to sound financial management and operational excellence.
