TS Talent Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to Kim Sao on her new role as Director of Finance with the City of Paramount.

Kim previously served as the Deputy Director of Administrative Services/Finance for the City of South Gate for six years and an Account Manager for the City of Carson for nearly eight years. Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from California State University, Long Beach.
