Mark DeMay, Finance Director

TS Talent Solutions is pleased to congratulate Mark DeMay on his new role as Finance Director for the City of Needles.

Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management and public-sector operations, including over a decade in senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as CFO/Director of Financial Services for the City of Laredo, Texas. A Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Mark holds a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Governmental Accounting and brings deep expertise in municipal finance, strategic planning and public service leadership.
