The City of Morro Bay enlisted TS Talent Solutions to aid in its recruitment for a new Harbor Director. In order to attract qualified candidates, TSTS designed a digital brochure detailing the culture of the City, explaining the nature of the role, and outlining the characteristics of the ideal candidate. The brochure also contained details on the quality of life that awaited candidates in the Central Coast of California.
