The City of Paramount engaged Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions in their hunt for a Finance Director. TSTS worked with staff to hone in the qualities that would be most important in a candidate. From there, they built out a recruitment brochure and posted the opportunity on leading industry boards such as PublicCEO and Western City Magazine, leading to the recruitment of Kim Sao.
